Create an agent

Choose an unused agent ID. This command pins the template to this build snapshot.

holon agent create aso-steward --template https://github.com/holon-run/holon/tree/aaee7b2271ebde07e4fc0f44b13aaf2bab557e5b/agent_templates/aso-steward
